The young man dies in the attempt, but manages to send a final gift to his Maria: a rosebud stained with her blood. A tragic and very sweet affair, in whose memory-and in the name of love-Venice perpetuates each year the ritual of giving a red rose to one’s beloved.
The Collective Artistic Performance aim to spread to the world to love Venice in all its beauty and culture, sended directly by the citizens.
